Medium to full bodied and balanced, this wine has layer after layer of flavor and is great for pairing with a variety of foods due to its graceful balance. 27% Grenache Blanc, 27% Viognier, 26% Marsanne, 20% Picpoul Blanc. 50% barrel and 50% stainless steel fermentation. 10 weeks batonnage sur lees. Aged 11 months in 26% new French oak. 432 cases produced.
