Brian and Clare believe in the future of Oregon Chardonnay and you know what, I do too! The grape has such vibrancy in Willamette Valley and this expression is no different. Brian ferments the wine in barrel (just a touch of it new) and bottles completely unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur. This is a pure representation of the variety and more importantly, the place.
Brian Marcy and Clare Carver moved to Oregon from Napa in 2006 following a ten year stint of Brian working with the likes of Turley, Neyers, and Marcassin. What started out as a 150 case, mic-lot production project has grown into one of the most unique winery operations in the country. In addition to their 70 acres of vines, they have a wide variety of animals roaming the property making for a full fledged farm--hence the name. If you have time, visit their website and watch the stunning video biography that shows the beauty of their land and farm's vision.
