This is an extremely well-made Sauvignon Blanc, and much more complex than most. A calculated and unique fermentation process, combined with suppression of malolactic fermentation and 6 months of sur lie aging give this wine a very complex 1, 2 punch of bright acid and fruit counterbalanced by some creamy, spicy notes. Aromas of grapefruit and spice give way to layered flavors of tropical fruit, nice acid, and a clean, crisp finish. Impeccably crafted and fun to drink. This is a connoisseurs Sauvignon Blanc.
