This is an intriguing Cabernet Sauvignon from the fine 2012 vintage. Sophisticated and somewhat restrained, this wine has impeccable grace and balance and is drinking very well right now. More in the style of the great wines of Bordeaux than the "big, dumb wines" that sometime churn out of Napa, this wine is 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petite Verdot, 2% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc. Aged for 20 months in French Oak.
