This is a very, very nice Chardonnay from Napa Valley. Not a ton of complexity, but this wine has great fruit and great balance thanks to a not-so-shy does of oak. This is the perfect Chardonnay for entertaining as it'll satisfy a wide array of wine drinkers.
Osso Anna is a project that arose out of a critically-acclaimed Napa winemaker's need for great Napa Valley wines he could drink every day as well as serve to friends and family at parties and get togethers. Jay Buoncristiani (of Buoncristiani Family Winery fame) couldn't find wines that fit the high quality and low price point he was looking for decided to take matters into his own hands and that's where Osso Anna found its genesis.
