Peay's Chardonnays are all marked by the classic signs of cool climate growing, namely a freshness and mouth watering quality that keeps you going back after each sip. In 2018, most of the grapes for this cuvée came from the Estate, giving a level of pedigree and minerality uncommon in appellation-level bottlings.
The winery is very much a family affair, with Nick Peay and his wife Vanessa Wong running the vineyards and winemaking, respectively, and Andy Peay directing sales and growing the business. Peay’s wines are most often allocated to Michelin-starred restaurants and the most discerning wine merchant shops around the country. We are thrilled to offer very limited quantities to our members.
