This Sauvignon Blanc from Six Sigma Ranch & Winery possesses a steely backbone and crisp acidity, which are balanced nicely by a lush, tropical quality. This delicate balance is the result of the grapes having been harvested from three different vineyards, all with different growing characteristics, and all located on Six Sigma Ranch. Those grapes are fermented 98% in stainless steel and 2% in French Oak. The formula culminates in a terrific representation of the California Sauvignon Blanc varietal. 1,610 cases produced.
Six Sigma Winery was inaugurated on September 28th, 2005, when we processed our first grapes, a beautiful vintage of Tempranillo harvested in Christian’s Diamond Mine Vineyard. We focus on small lot, high quality wines, and every aspect of our winery reflects that, from state-of-the-art equipment to gentle handling and meticulous hand-sorting of the grapes, ensuring that only the best fruit is used in each of our wines.
