This is a stunning Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley's Oakville AVA. From the great 2013 vintage, this wine is full-bodied, rich, and sophisticated. Intense, distinctly Napa dark berry flavors are underscored by perfectly integrated oak and spice with beautiful notes of acid and minerality. This wine will continue develop for at least 10 years in the cellar. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aged in 75% new French oak. 425 cases produced.
From the beginning, Sojourn Cellars was about ambition. It all started with just a handful of barrels of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and then came the critical reviews.
