This Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is fuller-bodied with laser like focus and intensity with a silky smooth mouthfeel and great acid. Raspberry, strawberry, and some vanilla and spice lead into a deep, dark, earthy backbone and a long, lingering finish. A great Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir for fans of the varietal.
What started as a passion for home winemaking in an effort to recreate their love for the larger world of wine has blossomed into the second generation taking the reins. In 2010 Erica graduated from California State University Fresno with her degree in enology and set out on her journey in winemaking that took her to Argentina, Rudd Estate, and CrossBarn. She has directed winemaking at Trombetta since 2014 and is one of the real rising star winemakers in the industry.
