This is a nice and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from the Sonoma Valley. Crisp and easy-drinking, this is a great wine for pairing with lighter dishes, but would be great on its own. Notes of lemon, lime, and stone fruit provide a nice core that leads to a zippy, clean, acidic finish. 282 cases produced.
Ty Caton returned to his hometown of Sonoma in 1997 determined to turn his family's 108 acre ranch, located in the prestigious Moon Mountain District AVA, into a prime vineyard. Today, 40 of the 108 acres are planted to wine grapes, and they produce about 10,000 cases of critically acclaimed wine per year. These special wines truly express the quality of the fruit grown on their land high in the Mayacamas Mountains.
