This is a ridiculously delicious Syrah from Bennett Valley in Sonoma County. Medium to full bodied, this dark and mysterious wine has chewy tannins and intriguing smoky flavors. This wine opens up nicely with some air and quickly settles into its sweet spot. Pair with BBQ foods or drink on a cool evening. Only 215 cases produced.
Dom and Matt Michael make up the father son team behind Baldassari Family Wines.
