This pet-nat is sourced from the little-known Redwood Valley AVA in Mendocino County from an organic, dry farmed vineyard of beautiful old vines. Carignan may not be a classic sparkling wine grape but from this site, the resulting wine has so much personality it's hard to believe it's this rare. Only five barrels were produced and our allocation is extremely small.
