Roussanne, a white grape typical of the Northern Rhone region of France, is known for producing decadent full bodied wines driven by honey flavors. This wine is somewhat leaner, with good acidity, but still retains the distinct honey notes of Roussanne. This is a great wine to pair with softer cheeses and would make for a great conversation starter when served with a group of friends or colleagues. Aged for 10 months in 100% neutral French oak. 150 cases produced.

Transparency, nuance and soulfulness are captured in every bottle, but he admits that it is impossible to remove his personality from the wines. The small-lot Rhone varietals Carucci Wines produces are driven by terroir and highlighted by impeccable structure.
