The 2018 Monkey Jacket is 51% Valdiguié from vineyards carefully selected and located in Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, and Suisun counties. The winemaking process of whole cluster fermentation and both concrete and oak aging lends the perfect canvas for these vineyards and grape varieties to showcase their profiles: dark fruited, floral (think violets), peppery, and a grippy finish.
