A crisp, clean Chardonnay from the Central Coast of California. This wine does not have any of the off-putting butter or oak that some Chardonnays do - instead, this is easy drinking with enough acid to keep the wine refreshing throughout your mouth. An excellent value Chardonnay that will please Chard lovers and those skeptical of Chards as well.
Deep Sea wines are made from grapes grown in California’s moderate coastal climates. The vineyards along the California coastline are cooled by fog and ocean breezes; grapes grown here are distinctively different from those grown in warmer inland areas. The ethereal fog-like wave on the Deep Sea label represents the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean. These wines are light and well-balanced. Perfect to drink alone but they also pair well with food.More from this winery
Are the wines any good? Yes, they are and we taste every wine that is considered for our site. We seek out the best wines from the best small-producers in the U.S. and Winestyr is a collection of our favorites. Most of the wines have impressive accolades, however, don't look for "expert" ratings here - we think it's more important to buy wines you find interesting and to decide for yourself.
