After an epic wine tasting trip to Santa Ynez Valley, the owners of Frisby Cellars decided to stop talking about making craft wine and to pursue their dream. The journey began, starting with countless hours of research, wine production courses, self study books, and meetings with professionals in the industry. In 2008, Frisby Cellars was formed with an office in Orange County and its wine production facility in Paso Robles. Since its inception, Frisby Cellars' mission has been to produce limited editions of premium hand crafted wines at an affordable price - they have done just that.
