This dark, delicious Syrah starts with intense red fruit and spicy notes, but it never gets too big and bold. This wine was co-fermented with 3% Viognier, giving it a nice lift and rounding it out with some bright, fresh flavors. This is a medium bodied Syrah that drinks really well on its own and would pair nicely with a variety of grilled or smoked pork dishes. Only 340 cases produced.
