Founded by David Hirsch in 1980, the wines of Hirsch Vineyards exude a natural balance and consistency. This complex, unique site produces fruit and wines of unusual acidity and balance with a vintage specific concentration of pinot noir or chardonnay fruit. These wines have built a cult following for good reason and can be enjoyed now or laid down for future consumption.
