A simple, refreshing Sauv Blanc with a ton of acid - almost tastes like biting into a Granny Smith apple. There is no oak here, just a crisp wine perfect as an aperitif or with lighter foods.
Conceived in 1965 when the Kreck family first planted grapes, Mill Creek Vineyards & Winery was not actually born until nine years later with the first production of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. These expertly crafted wines are produced from grapes grown on the winery estate, the family home in Alexander Valley, and a few select neighboring vineyards. Several members of the Kreck family currently work on the Mill Creek property and their goal remains the same as always - grow excellent fruit. That, combined with Jeremy Kreck's basic philosophy to let the fruit shine, has resulted in standout wines that you will not forget.More from this winery
