Tim Olson's winemaking technique has its roots in traditional methods but is tempered by trial and error, and creative innovation. The winery specializes in small production, handcrafted wines that are complex, food friendly and a pleasure to drink. Their emphasis is on vineyard-designated Syrah’s and they seek out passionate growers with special vineyards.
