This is one of my personal favorite wines. This wine is not quite full-bodied, although the perfect end-to-end balance, round mouthfeel, and perfectly integrated tannins make it luxurious and mouth-filling. The fruit is restrained (which I love) and the wine has layer upon layer of complexity. This is a versatile food wine that is equally perfect on its own. Cassis, pepper, dark berry, cedar all meld together into one beautiful wine. 45% Syrah, 33% Merlot, 22% Malbec. 545 cases produced.
