The Sandhi 2020 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is primarily crafted using fruit from the Domaine de la Côte vineyard, which is the winery's partner estate site. Complemented by Patterson and Casa Cassara Vineyards, the wine showcases a ethereal quality that lifts crunchy raspberry, pink peppercorn, and morning dew into the mid-palate. Sandhi is a small production California winery focusing on select vineyards from the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. The partnership of Raj and Sashi has continuously championed the unions essential to the production of wine: the collaboration between man, earth, and vine. The willing participation of all three elements is necessary to make great wine, and the winegrower must make this collaboration rich and nourishing for all involved.
