The Sojourn Cellars NV Brut Sparkling is a beautiful blend of 46% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir, and 8% Pinot Meunier. Crafted in the traditional Champagne method, the wine has a fine, persistent mousse which coats the palate and brightens up your senses. From the beginning, Sojourn Cellars was about ambition. It all started with just a handful of barrels of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and then came the critical reviews.
