Winestyr Review

This is a bright, approachable Pinot Noir made with flavors of muddled strawberries, black cherry, and sweet smoke. 60% of the fruit for this wine came from the Kiser-Sangiacomo vineyard, while the remaining 40% came from the Sandman vineyard (farmed by Scribe). It's rare to get such a great price on a Pinot Noir with such pedigree. Aged in 20% new French oak for 7 months. 800 cases produced.

The Wonderland Project

The Wonderland Project was founded by former-Sommelier Matt Ahern after spending years selling wine to elite restaurants and helping turn Scribe Winery into one of the most sought after estates in the country. Through his experience, he became aware of a common missing component on wine lists: a high quality wine made from high quality fruit, with enough refinement for the most discerning palette at an accessible cost. When he couldn't find the wine described, he decided to make it himself.

Was not my favorite, it had a bold taste that was too much for my liking.
