Winestyr Review

This is another great vintage of the Two Kings Pinot Noir by Wonderland Project. Winemaker and proprietor (and ex-Somm), Matt Ahern, set out to make balanced, terroir-driven wines at a great value and he knocks it out of the park again with with this vintage of Two Kings. Made with fruit from some of the best vineyards in Sonoma County, this wine represents the best value in Pinot Noir we've found. Ripe cherry, great structure, and a hint of sweet oak make this a wine that you'll come back to again and again. Aged in 15% new French oak for 6 months. 1,700 cases produced.

The Wonderland Project

The Wonderland Project was founded by former-Sommelier Matt Ahern after spending years selling wine to elite restaurants and helping turn Scribe Winery into one of the most sought after estates in the country. Through his experience, he became aware of a common missing component on wine lists: a high quality wine made from high quality fruit, with enough refinement for the most discerning palette at an accessible cost. When he couldn't find the wine described, he decided to make it himself.
