The 2022 Wonderland Ranch Orange Wine is not your average orange wine. Coming from a single vineyard in Redwood Valley, this is bright and savory at the same time, with a long mouth watering finish. Pair alongside southeastern Asian cuisine or something spicy from the American Southwest.
The Wonderland Project was founded by former-Sommelier Matt Ahern after spending years selling wine to elite restaurants and helping turn Scribe Winery into one of the most sought after estates in the country. Through his experience, he became aware of a common missing component on wine lists: a high quality wine made from high quality fruit, with enough refinement for the most discerning palette at an accessible cost. When he couldn't find the wine described, he decided to make it himself.
