The 2020 Vermillion Red shows pure blackberry, raspberry, and huckleberry and a finish laced with dried savory herbs, oolong tea, and rosemary. Incredibly generous on the palate, the wine has staying power without being overdone whatsoever. Well integrated oak here, which is impressive given the 16 months of elevage. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
