This is an extremely well-made Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine showcases typical Napa Valley power and ripeness, but in a sophisticated, balanced style that is the hallmark of a very skilled winemaker with great fruit to work with. The fruit was sourced from two exceptional vineyards, one in Napa Valley's Rutherford AVA and the other in the Oak Knoll District AVA. This is a complex wine, with wonderful layers of dark fruit and spice, that is drinking beautifully in its youth, but has the structure and pedigree to develop over the next 10-15 years. 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot. 250 cases produced.
