The Vineyard 36 2019 Foundation Red is, in our humble opinion, the best vintage of this cuvée yet. This is an absolutely stellar blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, utilizing the winery's prestigious vineyard contracts in Oak Knoll and Rutherford. Flashing plenty of bold, ripe black fruits from the get-go, there's more than enough complexity (think beautiful oak spice and dusty earth) for those seeking it out.
A project spearheaded by wine industry veteran Jason Earnest, and professional hockey players Cam Ward and Tim Gleason, Vineyard 36 produces stunning Cabernet Sauvignon based wines made with fruit sourced from some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards.
