You don't find Pinot Blanc vines bordering on "Old Vine" status very often but at Bryan Creek, Adelsheim has exactly that. This is the kind of wine you crave when eating shellfish, cheese, charcuterie, or absolutely nothing at all. The finish is driven by minerality and the palate has unctuous orchard fruit tones, all supporting by a fresh acidity that keeps things light.
Adelsheim (pronounced Addels-Heim) was founded in 1971 by David and Ginny Adelsheim with one pursuit: to create world-class wines in the undiscovered wine region that would later become Chehalem Mountains AVA, a venerable subregion of Oregon's famous Willamette Valley. One of the original, most influential, and most important producers of the region, Adelsheim has a long track record of producing some of the finest Burgundian-style Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays produced domestically. We're very proud to add some of their most exclusive wines to our portfolio.
