When I had a sip of this wine, I couldn't put my finger on exactly what it was, but the flavors, balance, and mouthfeel were all impeccable. This is a wine lover's white wine - and a testament to a winemaker who really knows what he is doing. This wine is somehow creamy, floral, spicy, complex, and crisp all at once. 42% Sauvignon Blanc, 28% Chardonnay, 30% Viognier.
