Winestyr Review

Yet another delicious rosé from Division? Surely you can't be shocked. Kate Norris and Thomas Monroe source the grapes for this brilliant pink wine from Washington's Yakima Valley in a vineyard dedicated to Gamay rosé. There's a reason this is one of the all-time Winestyr member favorites. Check it out to see why!

The Winery

Division Winemaking Company

Inspired by the wineries of Loire, Beaujolais, Burgundy, and the Northern Rhone where they first learned winemaking and viticulture, the urban winery creates Oregon and Washington wines including Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay, Rosé, Chenin, Riesling, Cabernet Franc, Cot, Syrah, Grenache, and Sauvignon Blanc. Determined to make approachable and balanced wines though minimal manipulation, Kat and Tom have a passion to work with well farmed, terroir-expressive vineyards, many of which are organic and/or Biodynamic, celebrating the varietals the winemakers love to drink.

Crispy, dry and easy drinking rose. Perfect for summer.

Might be my all time favorite rose right here. Incredibly fresh, so clean, light yet incredibly interesting. Bursting with flavor but yet in an eloquent porch pounding kind of way :).

Might be one of, if not the, all time favorite rose. Crisp but fruit forward. Well rounded. Great alone or with food.

On the sweeter side of roses, which I didn’t mind in the heat of summer. Will buy again.
