This comes from one of the most unique vineyards in all of Sonoma where Pinot Gris is micro-planted next to Cabernet Sauvignon and somehow, thrives! The wine was crushed by foot over three days of cold soaking to not only extract texture but the beautiful pink hue you'll see in the glass. Was this the most surprising sample I've tried all year?
