The Ovum Wines 2021 Old Love white blend is a genre bending wine, there's no other way to put it. This Riesling based, dry blend combines a proprietary winemaking process that has the wine dancing back and forth between stainless steel, concrete egg, and amphora. Enjoy this for the bright and zesty citrus flavors that flash the wine's prickly texture. Best enjoyed chilled with or without food.
Since 2011, husband and wife duo John and Ksenija Kostic House have worked with the likes of riesling, gewürztraminer, and muscat, setting out to celebrate Oregon's vibrant terroir and push past the limits of what American white wines were thought to be. This year, by way of EZY TGR, they added a Pinot Noir to their offerings in an effort to make sure that consumers could still enjoy "Reserve" level Pinot at a House-wine price...pun intended.
