Denner Vineyard is one of the Grand Cru sites of west Paso Robles and is in the heart of the Willow Creek District. This neighborhood might be considered the best corridor in Paso for Rhone varietals as you will find great wineries like Saxum and Linne Calodo farming their fruit right next door. The blocks that go into this blend are opposite of each other, one facing south and the other north. The grapes are fermented whole cluster and racked into neutral barrel for aging.
Paix Sur Terre, French for "Peace on Earth," has quickly become one of Paso Robles’ most sought after and critically acclaimed wineries. They focus on balanced, mineral-driven wines made in small lots with fruit from some of the region’s best vineyards. Attention first went to their single vineyard Mourvedre wines but Ryan has shown that Paso can indeed produce world class white wines from grapes like Picpoul and Clairette Blanche.
