Peay's Chardonnays are all marked by the classic signs of cool climate growing, namely a freshness and mouth watering quality that keeps you going back after each sip. But this wine? It's fascinating. Think ripe stone fruits and well integrated oak but a crispy mineral finish.
The winery is very much a family affair, with Nick Peay and his wife Vanessa Wong running the vineyards and winemaking, respectively, and Andy Peay directing sales and growing the business.
