From the beginning, Justin sought to communicate the truest-self of each vineyard he sourced from, producing wines that are first and foremost elegant and balanced before any thought of weight or density. In fact, he once told me that the greatest achievement a winemaker can accomplish is to, "craft a wine of power in the absence of weight."
