This 100% estate grown wine (made from 100% organic grapes) is less fruit forward than many mountain Cabs, but it makes up for it with complexity and finesse. Extremely well made by winemaker Timothy Milos, the grapes for this wine come from the same steep, gravelly vineyard, located high in the Mayacamas mountains, as Viluko's $50 Cab. This wine is medium to full bodied and balanced with dark fruit flavors and bright minerality. Velvety tannins make this an extremely luxurious wine. Drink it now and pair with your favorite steak.
Viluko Vineyards is a true mountain winery producing intense and complex Cabernet Sauvignon and beautiful Sauvignon Blanc with fruit grown on their Estate Vineyard in the Mayacamas mountains.
