This is a soft and approachable Cabernet Sauvignon from Viluko's estate vineyard high in the Mayacamas Mountains. Dark fruit flavors and well-integrated oak lead to a fresh dose of minerality. Nicely layered, this wine is drinking well in its youth but has the potential and structure to age for 10+ years. Pair this wine with skirt steak fajitas, stuffed peppers, or dark chocolate.
Viluko Vineyards is a true mountain winery producing intense and complex Cabernet Sauvignon and beautiful Sauvignon Blanc with fruit grown on their Estate Vineyard in the Mayacamas mountains. Acclaimed winemaker Timothy Milos works closely with the Arroyo family whose winemaking legacy began in Chile.
